Mehr Bürokratie wagen

Und noch mehr Bürokratie. Extra3 zeigt exemplarisch am Beispiel der Gesundheitsreform, wie sich die Gesellschaft zu einem völlig neuem Konstrukt wandelt. Bürokratie schafft Bürokratie. Das Ganze nennt man dann einfach Reform.
